General:
We are looking for a designer with excellent skills & experience creating: Flash/HTML prototypes for a world-wide business communications company. You will work very closely with interaction designers in China as well as in the United States. You will receive concepts and mockups from US designers and create finished prototypes for usability testing. Prototypes should be done in Flash or HTML.
Candidate must be able to:
• Expertise in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experienced in Flash Action Script.
• Can implement interactions design with proper prototype technology.
• Familiar with image processing softwares (For example, Photoshop, Fireworks etc.)
• Work independently and pay attention to details.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Be a team player.
Requirements:
• Four-year college degree
• Familiar with at least one of JavaScript Frameworks (For example, jQuery, prototype.js, DOJO, etc…)
• Knowledge on web accessibility is a plus
• Knowledge of front-end modularization is a plus
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal) a plus
• Communication application experience a plus

• 了解网页无障碍标准为佳
• 了解前端模块化为佳
• 良好的英语口语和读写能力为佳
• 有通讯交互软件领域工作背景为佳
