职位职责:
(1) 协助团队建立 Slide China 新世代线上产品
(2) 领导工程师团队研发/创造下一代的网络社区
(3) 提供 2D/2.5D/3D 方面的动画技术知识
(4) 建立核心 FLASH 技术; 以便用于 Slide 个种类的产品
任职条件：
(1) 深刻理解 Flash 9 & 10 和 ActionScript 3
(2) 熟悉 Flash 优化技术
(3) 熟悉客户/服务端编程里的客户端
(4) 有接触过计算机图形, 动画, 和物理运算法 (任何语言)
(5) 教育背景: 计算机学士/相关科系或同等的工作经验
(6) 工作经验: 2-5年的开发经验 (单人或多人的 Flash 网页游戏)
(7) 素质要求: 准确/清晰语言表达能力; 良好的沟通能力
(8) 语言要求: 中英文 (流利)

1. Play a leadership role in a new team of engineers working to create the next generation of Slide's online communities
2. Provide technical expertise in areas related to animation and 2D/2.5D/3D graphics
3. Get hands-on and implement core Flash technologies for use throughout Slide's product lineup
Qualifications:
1. 2-5 years experience developing online single or multiplayer games in Flash
2. Expert knowledge of Flash 9 & 10, ActionScript 3
3. Strong knowledge of Flash optimization techniques
4. Strong knowledge of the client side of client/server programming
5. A passion for visual & human interface design is a plus
6. B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
