The successful candidate must have prior experience managing systems level product engineering software development. Strong technical knowledge in switching, routing, network security, and wireless is required. A track record of successfully managing geographically distributed development groups and projects is helpful.

The successful candidate must have a stable job history with experience across the full product development lifecycle including concept, design, integration and test, and post release customer/product support.

Required Experience/Skills:

* BS/BA in CS/EE or equivalent; advanced degree a plus
* 10+ years of experience (5 years management) required

* Track record of developing, releasing, and supporting commercially successful products
